Biography
Dr. Joseph Scott Gladstone is an Associate Professor at Washington State University’s Carson College of Business, Everett campus, and an International Academic with the Dilin Duwa Centre at Melbourne Business School. Dr. Gladstone is an enrolled member of the Blackfeet Tribe of Montana and a Nez Perce descendant. His research explores Indigenous ways of knowing, organizational sensemaking, public health and workforce development. He is also developing Transplanar Wisdom Theory (TPW), which integrates Indigenous constructs into organizational studies, highlighting Native worldviews as vital to decision-making, governance, and resilience.
